All donations made through our website are final and non-refundable, unless a technical error occurs during the transaction. Your generous support goes directly toward advancing our mission—whether it’s supporting our ministry teams, outreach efforts, or the practical needs on the ground. Upon completing your gift, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your records.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide—whether through a contact form, donation, or event sign-up—is used solely for the purpose you intended. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with outside organizations. Data collected through our site is used only to communicate with you, process donations, or send updates you’ve requested.
Media Use Policy
By participating in our mission trips or public events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken and shared in our newsletters, website, or social media to inspire and inform others. If you would prefer that your image not be used, please contact us at info@laymanforchrist.org, and we’ll make every effort to honor your request.
Travel & Participation Disclaimer
Participation in any mission trip, outreach, or event hosted by Layman for Christ is voluntary. While we take every reasonable step to ensure your safety, we are not liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or unexpected travel disruptions. We encourage participants to secure their own travel insurance and consult with their doctor before traveling.
Donation Reporting & Bookkeeping
Layman for Christ uses third-party donation platforms like PayPal to securely process online gifts. For transparency, year-end summaries may be provided to donors upon request. We recommend donors retain their email receipts for tax reporting. Donations processed through PayPal can also be integrated with accounting software like QuickBooks to support accurate financial records.
